Curbside Bites can coordinate food truck catering for your next event. We provide the following services:

  • A list of available food trucks for your event for us to confirm and coordinate booking
  • Payment processing
  • Insurance coverage
  • On site food truck load in coordination ($5,000 minimum purchase required)

Curbside Bites has a $1,200 minimum purchase (before sales tax) and charges a 10% coordination fee ($100 minimum) Β to book a truck for a catering or one time event.

Set Menu Catering – Best for larger groups (75+ guests per truck)
Entree & Side – $14 per person + tax
Drinks (can soda or water) – $2.50 per person + tax
Dessert – $9 per person + tax ($800 minimum)

Includes 2 hours of service (setup & cleanup included at no extra charge). Additional time can be provided at $250 per hour per savory truck and $125 per hour for dessert/coffee trucks.

Full Menu Catering & Events – Best for small groups (less than 75 guests per truck)
Savory Truck – $1,200 minimum purchase truck
Add a Dessert Truck – $800 minimum purchase per truck
Add a Gourmet Coffee Truck – $750 minimum purchase per truck

In addition to the per person pricing, Curbside Bites will charge a 10% coordination feeΒ based on the final invoice amount.


How do I reserve the date for my event?
In order to reserve a date, we require a signed contract and a deposit.

How much is the required deposit?
The deposit is 50% of your total for your booked package.

From which food trucks can I choose?
We work with over 250 gourmet food trucks in Southern California. Based on the needs for the event, we reach out to our vendors to see who is available and interested in participating. Once we have received responses from our vendors, we provide clients with a list of food truck vendors tailored to their event for them to pick from.

What if there is a truck I want for my event, but they are not on your vendor list?
We work with most gourmet food trucks in Southern California and are happy to reach out to a food truck if they are not on our list. However, vendors are subject to the insurance and vending requirements necessary to become a Curbside Bites approved vendor.

How much space is required?
Most food trucks are 25ft long and 12ft wide with their service doors open.

Does the food truck need power?
Food trucks are self contained and will not need any on site power.

Will someone from Curbside Bites be on site the day of the event?
Curbside Bites can provide a load in coordinator for single event purchases over $5,000. For purchases under $5,000, we will get all the information to the food truck to confirm load in and ask for the client to provide an on site contact if there are any questions about load in when the truck arrives.

What time will the food truck arrive?
For one time events, food trucks will arrive approximately 30 minutes before the event to setup and serve.

How many people can a food truck serve?
Food trucks can typically serve 80 – 100 guests per hour. For faster service, we recommend going with a set menu rather than a full menu.

What if I want a food truck from your vendor list, but they are not available for my event?
Each food truck we work with is an independent operator. We cannot guarantee that a specific truck will be available or interested in every event, however based on the packages listed, we are confident we can get the broadest number of food trucks available at the best price for the client.
